Primarily responsible for on call DevOps/SRE role keeping the cloud agnostic analytic pipeline up with minimal impacts to real enterprise customers. Solved production incidents efficiently and created run books to further promote team ownership of incident response.

Utilizing Spinnaker pipelines to manage Kubernetes workloads in AWS EKS, I was able to minimize downtime and significantly increase my team’s number of deployments. Seeing over the entire CI/CD pipeline over our microservices I was able to democratize the journey to production to all team members.

• Innovates developer pipelines using Jenkins, vCenter automation, and docker containers with heavy consideration of developer time savings and code quality
• Worked with a variety of new technologies and languages from developing and maintaining Go microservices for Kubernetes to developing with Kotlin and writing Django based web applications
• Emphasis on writing and updating tools to adhere to stricter security practices such as using Ansible Vault and introducing automated backup systems for custom tooling uptime
